- Check out is 11:00 am.
A late checkout fee will be applied.
Please leave your keys at the front desk.
- Reservations may be confirmed with Visa or MasterCard,
cash or some debit cards
- There are no minimum night stays required.
- We require a cancellation notice of 15 days prior to your date
of arrival.
- If you fail to provide timely notice as described above,
you will be charged the full room rate plus applicable taxes
which will be mailed to you at the address provided in the form
of a transferrable gift certificate in lieu of losing the entire cost
of your stay.
- For your safety and protection, all guests and their visitors
must register at the front desk.
- Room rates include a full breakfast.
- Although the state of
a 9% county lodging tax and a 1% state lodging tax
will appear on your final bill as required by law.
- Children 12 and over are welcome, however, no childcare is provided.
Children under 18 may not be left unattended on the premises.
- No smoking is allowed on the property without exception.
- No pets are allowed inside the main house at any time.
(At this time, we do not allow pets on the premises,
however, we plan to have a pet friendly facility in the future.)
We do have a dog on the property that does not enter the main house
at any time.
- Linens, towels and other items are provided for your use, comfort and
pleasure during your stay, however, these items are the property of
Caledonia House B&B. Any shortages, loss or damage will be charged
and billed to the individual guest when discovered.
- Any items left by guests will be returned if and when found to the guest
who lost the item.
GUEST RESPONSIBILITIES
- Breakfast is prepared hot and fresh daily and begins at 8:00 am.
- Our guests are expected to dress appropriately while using the
common areas out of courtesy to other guests. No pajamas please.
- Our common areas close at 10:00 pm with the exception of the
Business Centre which is open around the clock.
- Check Out is promptly at 11:00 am
- If you are dissatisfied with anything during your stay, please tell us
immediately so we have an opportunity to remedy the situation to
ensure your complete satisfaction.
- You must tell us in advance whether you have any food (or other)
allergies, dislikes or special dietary needs that we should be aware
of prior to your stay so we may accommodate you appropriately
if needed.
- Our guests come to recuperate. Please be mindful of others and
avoid loud or excessive noise.
- When leaving your room, please help us conserve energy by turning
off all things electrical and ensure doors and windows are shut and
locked.
- For your security, please ensure your room is locked when you leave.
- Use caution when touring our gardens and forest area. The ground
may be uneven and have debris that may make walking hazardous
if you are not careful. While we try to remove debris on a regular
basis, we cannot predict when nature will add to our nature trail.
- As with any natural area, there may be animals that inhabit the forest
and local marine areas, even on or around the B&B. Please remain alert
and educate yourself on local wildlife and what to do should you
encounter any during your visit.
- When visiting beaches, you will find large logs that have washed up on
the shore. Beachgoers have been injured while climbing on logs.
Also use extreme caution with regard to the tides and surf. Most area
beaches will post information for you to read and heed before you
explore.
- Always check the weather conditions before venturing outdoors.
